Harmless is the centre of excellence for self harm and suicide prevention. Every year, we support thousands of people with their mental health. But we’re also passionate about sharing what we know and believe everyone should have the confidence to support someone in distress. Our Academy team is dedicated to equipping individuals with the skills and compassion to respond effectively when it matters most.

Our E-Learning offers affordable, flexible access to essential training anytime, anywhere. Devised by our expert Training & Education team, you’ll learn through innovative, module-based courses featuring interactive videos, quizzes and creative exercises. Learn at your own pace, pick up where you left off and earn a CPD accredited certificate on completion.

The online training style worked well to fit into a busy diary and allowed me to do it at a time that best suited me.
